Keeping your account secure

Use a password you do not use anywhere else. Change it under Settings → Security.
Changing your email sends a code to the new address and re-verifies it. Changing your phone re-verifies by SMS. Your verification level drops until the new contact is confirmed.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login page; a reset link is emailed to you and works for one hour.
If you see activity you do not recognise, change your password immediately and message support from Help → Chat with support.
DriveHaus staff will never ask for your password, a one-time code or a payment outside the invoice page.
