Common questions

What does it cost to list?

Nothing. Listing is free with no time limit, and you pay only when the vehicle sells to a DriveHaus buyer.

When exactly do I pay the fee?

When you mark the listing as sold to a buyer you met here. An invoice is created with a due date, and you settle it by GCash, Maya or bank transfer. If the vehicle sold somewhere else, mark it "sold elsewhere" and there is no fee.

Do I have to verify my identity?

To publish a listing, yes. It is a government ID and a selfie holding it, reviewed by a person. Your documents are private and never shown on the site. You can save drafts before verifying.

Who can see my phone number?

Nobody, unless you share it. Buyers reach you through DriveHaus chat, which also gives you a record of what was agreed.

What if a listing is rejected?

You get the reason in your portal and can fix it and resubmit. The usual causes are stock photos, a price that is not real, or contact details in the description.

Can I sell more than one vehicle?

Yes. There is no limit, and dealers are welcome as long as every listing is a real vehicle with honest details.
