Verification levels explained
Level 0 — registered
You can browse and save vehicles.
Level 1 — contact details confirmed
Confirm your email (we send a 6-digit code) and your phone number (a code by SMS). Level 1 lets you chat with sellers and make offers.
Level 2 — identity checked
Upload a photo of a government ID, a selfie holding the ID, and optionally proof of address. The team reviews it, usually within one business day. Level 2 is required to publish listings and for mechanics to accept inspections.
Your documents are private. They are never shown on the site and only the DriveHaus team can open them.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Verification from your dashboard or portal. You will see exactly which step is missing.
