Making an offer
- Press Make an offer on the listing (or in the chat).
- Enter your amount and an optional message ("cash, can complete this week").
- The seller can accept, decline or counter with a different amount. You can accept a counter or withdraw.
- An accepted offer is not a contract, but it tells both sides the price is agreed. Arrange the viewing and handover in chat.
Offers expire automatically (the number of days is shown when you make one). You can only have one open offer per listing.
Sellers see your name and verification level, not your phone number, until you share it.
