Getting verified as a seller (Level 2)
Go to Seller portal → Settings → Verification.
Upload:
- A clear photo of a government ID (driver's licence, passport, UMID, PhilSys, SSS, PRC)
- A selfie holding the same ID next to your face
- Optional: proof of address (utility bill or barangay certificate)
We check the name matches your account, the ID is not expired and the selfie matches. Approval usually takes under one business day. If it is rejected you will see the reason and can resubmit.
Documents are stored privately and are never visible on the site.
