Handling offers

Offers arrive in Seller portal → Offers and in the chat. For each one you can:

• Accept — the buyer is notified and the agreed price is remembered for when you mark the vehicle sold.
• Counter — propose a different amount with a note. The buyer can accept or withdraw.
• Decline — with an optional reason.

Offers expire after the number of days shown on the offer. Only one open offer per buyer per listing. Accepting an offer does not hide the listing; pause it yourself if the vehicle is reserved.
