Independence and conduct

You are independent. A seller cannot influence a verdict, and you may not offer repair work for issues you found on the same inspection.
Never accept payment from the seller or buyer directly; the fee goes through DriveHaus.
Be on time. If you cannot make an appointment, say so in the job chat as early as possible.
Report anything suspicious (tampered VIN, mismatched papers, suspected flood vehicle described as clean) in the report and to the team.
