Working as a DriveHaus mechanic

Mechanic accounts are created by the DriveHaus team after a conversation and a look at your credentials. Once you are in:

1. Complete Settings → Profile: service area (which cities you cover) and specialties.
2. The team assigns inspection requests near you. You get a notification and the job appears in Mechanic portal → Inspections.
3. Contact the seller through the chat on the job to agree a time and place.
4. Do the inspection using the app's checklist, add photos and your summary, and submit. The report goes live on the listing immediately.

You are paid per completed inspection by the team (the split is agreed when you join). Your completed count and average turnaround are shown on your dashboard.
